What this website gathers, how it is used, and what it does not do. Current as of September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form collects gender, date of birth, your assessment of your health, whether you use tobacco, the coverage level you are looking for, and the term you prefer. These inputs go to the carriers' quoting system to retrieve rates and are not kept anywhere by this website. The site collects no name, phone, address, or email when you request quotes. If you send the same request more than once, it may pull from a cache rather than calling the quoting service again.

Applying

If you proceed to apply, the information from your quote is used to prefill an application on the carriers' secure platform, where you will then operate under their privacy policy. Applications come through Susman Insurance Agency, which is duly licensed in California to sell insurance (License 0B75129).

The contact form

The contact form takes your name, email, an optional phone number, your preferred contact method, a subject, and your message. We send it by email to the agency, using your email as the return address. This website does not save the message, maintain a database of submissions, or retain any record of what you say. A brief check for abuse runs in your browser before transmission.

Measurement

The website measures page activity using cookieless, first-party counting technology that runs from our own domain. No cookies or local identifiers are stored; your IP address gets partially hidden before being saved; the search queries that brought you here are stripped; and raw activity logs are removed after 90 days. Visitors whose browsers send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals are not logged at all.

What we do not do

We do not sell or exchange personal details, use ad-targeting analytics, or embed code from any external tracker. The carriers' application platform on the /apply/ page is the only third-party code on this site, and it only loads if you visit that page.
